Amazon Smile – Donate to UK Charities as You Shop on Amazon

Amazon Smile

Have you heard of Amazon Smile yet? If not, you should start using it today.

Amazon Smile recently launched in the UK – for shoppers it’s just the same old Amazon shopping experience, only now if you shop via the Amazon Smile version of Amazon they will donate 0.5% of your spend to a charity of your choice. Forever. It’s not much, but every little helps.

You can’t shop via the normal Amazon website, however, you must use smile.amazon.co.uk to help the charity you choose. Sales on amazon.co.uk will not trigger a donation.

Here are the charities currently available on Amazon Smile:

  • British Red Cross
  • Cancer Research UK (my choice)
  • Magic Breakfast
  • Marie Curie
  • The Royal British Legion
  • Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital
  • RSPCA
  • Save the Children
  • Scottish Women’s Aid
  • Stonewall
  • UN Women National Committee UK

Don’t forget to use smile.amazon.co.uk when placing orders in future. Imagine every Amazon shopper in the UK used this method. That would be fantastic for these amazing charities.
